New Patient Appointment

Service Description

The new patient experience at Swell Life starts with the completion of short intake form in order to give the doctor an appreciation of your past medical history and a glimpse into your current health status. A comprehensive physical examination follows which consists of postural and movement evaluations, orthopedic and neurological testing, and spinal palpation. Our office only takes X-rays if the doctor determines them to be necessary from his examination and historical findings. If subluxations are found, you will receive your first adjustment that day in order to start the healing process.
